Linda Williams Academy of Performing Arts is one of the finest performing arts schools in the Midlands. Our principles are both Ex-Professionals who teach to an extremely high standard due to their performing background and with their vast knowledge of the Performing Arts, pupils are already one step ahead! Classes are available in RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap & Modern, Jazz, Street Dance, Gymnastics, Acrobatic Arts, Theatre Craft, Singing, Acting and Musical Theatre.

It was wonderful to welcome LWA alumni Sophie back into the studio on Tuesday to inspire our Advanced Class dancers with her incredible journey as a professional performer aboard some of the worldโs leading cruise ships.
Sophie is about to embark on yet another exciting cruise contract, and we couldnโt be prouder of everything she has achieved. Moments like these remind us just how special the Team LWA family is - watching former students return to share their experiences, knowledge, and passion with the next generation is something we truly treasure.
Thank you, Sophie, for taking the time to inspire our dancers and show them what is possible with hard work, dedication, and belief in themselves. We are so proud of you and canโt wait to follow your next adventure at sea! ๐ขโจ๐

๐งฝ๐ Today officially marked the start of rehearsals for our October Theatre Company Musical, SpongeBob The Musical!
Our cast received their scripts today and we couldnโt be more excited to begin this underwater adventure together. ๐โจ
After just one rehearsal, we can already tell this is going to be something really special. The energy, enthusiasm and talent in the room was incredible, and we canโt wait to see this show come to life over the coming months.
Hereโs to lots of laughs, hard work, friendship and plenty of Bikini Bottom fun! ๐โญ

Some of our students will remember the performances, some will remember the exams but years from now, what theyโll probably remember most of all are the friendships they made along the way ๐
At LWA, weโre proud to be about so much more than dance.
The last day of May ๐๐
What started as a simple challenge became something much bigger. Every skip has been for those affected by cancer, and every bit of support has helped keep us going.
Weโre absolutely blown away by the support and are so grateful to everyone who has donated, shared, encouraged and cheered us on throughout the month.
As we finish the challenge, weโre sitting at ยฃ900 raised - just ยฃ100 away from ยฃ1,000, which would be an incredible way to end the month!!!

Day 1 and the team have been skipping their hearts out- aaaaand weโve already smashed our target!! ๐ฅ๐
The amount raised so far could fund a team of researchers in Manchester for half a day, helping them work on diagnosing and monitoring lung cancer in a less invasive way. Thatโs huge.

Our girls had an absolutely fabulous day dancing in Musical Theatre workshops today!
They loved learning routines from Newsies & Mamma Mia - such a fun and energetic experience! ๐ญโจ
