Community MOTM Shoutouts for April π₯

Huge shoutout to Louise.
Louise has been training consistently at TTL recently, and her progress has been quite incredible.
Her latest Prove It Week comparisons show just how much work she has been putting in:
Slam Ball Squats: 8kg x 19 reps β 15kg x 18 reps
DB Rows: 3kg x 25 reps β 8kg x 27 reps
SA Chest Press: 3kg x 17 reps β 6kg x 18 reps
Goblet Squats: 4kg x 10 reps β 10kg x 18 reps
Star Jumps: 41 reps β 70 reps
Mountain Climbers: 59 reps β 80 reps
That is INCREDIBLE progress across strength, fitness, and overall work capacity.
Keep up the great work, Louise. Fully deserved.

Massive shoutout to Rupz.
Rupz has been a great example of staying consistent even when things do not always go perfectly to plan.
He has been logging his nutrition accurately, hitting his protein targets consistently, and keeping his weight moving in the right direction. Alongside that, his running is improving too, and he is getting faster as the data shows!
That is what real progress looks like: staying accountable, continuing to put the work in, and building momentum over time.

Community MOTM Shoutouts for March π₯
βοΈ Male Shoutout β Andy
Andy has been unbelievably consistent since joining us.
Like a lot of people, the challenge is never just one hard workout, itβs sticking to the plan week after week, especially when life gets busy, social events happen, and routine gets tested.
But Andy has done exactly that.
Heβs stayed consistent with his training, kept logging his sessions, and continued making progress every single week.
His nutrition has also been solid, and even after nights out, he always gets straight back on track instead of letting one meal or one weekend throw him off.
That is exactly why his transformation has been so impressive.
On top of that, Andy has been a huge part of our community.
He doesnβt just show up for himself, he helps us grow by referring others and supporting the bigger mission too.
A brilliant example of what happens when you stay consistent and keep showing up.
βοΈFemale Shoutout β Melissa
Huge shoutout to Melissa.
Melissa has been incredibly consistent with her sessions and has become a real asset to the community. Sheβs always there to support other members, even if itβs just with a few words of encouragement at the right time.
That matters more than people realise.
Alongside that, Melissa has been pushing herself massively in her own training.
Sheβs faced the challenge of building her fitness and confidence over time, and instead of backing off, sheβs leaned into it.
The result?
Sheβs recently hit some amazing PBs, including a sub-30 minute 5K and her longest runs ever.
That is a huge achievement and a real reflection of the work sheβs been putting in.
Well done both, fully deserved π
