BEGINNER SESSIONS STARTING ON SATURDAY 8TH NOVEMBER 2025 – 12:30 – 14:30 AT SJNGC SPORTS HALL

Pickleball is played on a badminton-sized court with a lower net, using paddles to hit a plastic ball over the net. The game can be played as singles or doubles and has a unique set of rules, such as the "non-volley zone" (or "kitchen") near the net and a two-bounce rule, which makes it accessible to a wide range of players.

At Tots Tennis we will develop ABC - Agility, Balance and Coordination through a variety of games involving numbers, colours and animals. We learn forehands, backhands, volleys and serves, as well as throwing, catching and movement.

All equipment provided. Please wear appropriate sportswear, including trainers and bring a drink of water.
