Setting aside time for yourself can be a challenge but it doesn't need to stand in your way:
1) Get up earlier - If your days are packed and the evening hours are too hectic, get up 30 mins earlier a few times a week to exercise.
2) Revamp your rituals - Your weekly catch up on your favourite TV show could be spent doing a 20 minute workout, even if it's in front of the TV.
3) Choose activities you enjoy - Anything that gets you moving counts! You are more likely to find time to fit it in
4) Join forces - Exercise with friends, be accountable to someone else as well as to yourself.
Over the forthcoming weeks I'm going to be adding some 20 minute 'at home' workouts to the page. Try some out and let me know how you get on.

5 tips for better sleep
1. Choose a sleep schedule and stick to it in order to establish consistency.
2. Create a proper sleeping environment. Make sure your bedroom is dark and interruption
free.
3. Avoid browsing on your mobile phone/laptop. This is a brain stimulant which may hinder
you getting to sleep.
4. Cut down on stimulants such as tea/coffee as they can interfere with falling asleep/preventing deep sleep.
5. Take regular exercise which can help relieve daily stress. In addition, write down a list of things to be tackled the next day. This will help to deal with worries, stress or a heavy workload.

GOOD MORNING!! I'm back! I have been settling in to my new managerial role but here I am all ready to go!
I LOVE MONDAYS!! My favourite day of the week. A new chance to put all your plans into action, to eat well, make good choices, work hard, and be patient with yourself if your day/week isn't quite going the way you want to. The key is in making small gains, all the little things that you put in place to be a better version of you add up to big things! Have a great week, stay focused, be kind to yourself.

Come at me Monday!! I love the start of a new week or new day. Another chance to change your game and bring it! Remove the moaners and the joy stealers, surround yourself with people who smile at you, who lift you and celebrate you. If you don't have those people around you this morning, go and find them! 2 ingredients pancake (Well 3 if you include the coconut oil!)
Heat oil in a pan
Mash 2 bananas together
Add 4 eggs
Beat the mixture thoroughly
Pour in the pan to make pancake size/shape of your liking
Enjoy!

Is it something you consider or do you just go through life day by day. Stop for a minute or two today and think about if you're being the person you truly want to be, if you're doing the things you're passionate about, if you've set goals and how close you are to achieving them. We often have to be shown the evidence of how 'good' we are before we believe it to be true .The minute you have the audacity to believe in yourself, your reality will begin to shift. Upgrade your environment, surround yourself with people who think the way you want to think and if you're the smartest person at the table ... You're at the wrong table.

FIVE TOP TIPS FOR FAT LOSS
1. Be honest with yourself. Examine how much you are eating. If you want to lose fat, start by regulating your intake and tracking your calories. Apps such as myfitnesspal are a good place to start.
2. Don't buy into quick fixes such as detoxes or fat loss pills. You may get quick results but they will not be sustainable.
3. Find an activity that you enjoy doing rather than slogging your way through exercise that you do not enjoy. Why force yourself to run on an indoor treadmill when you enjoy riding your bike or playing a sport? If you are enjoying the activity you are more than likely going to be consistent in keeping it up. Consistency is key.
4. Increase your water intake gradually β aim to drink 2 -3 litres daily over time.

How do you create a positive environment for your success when you are surrounded by people who are working against you?
We often happen to receive, especially through social media, negative comments that can be about literally anything, posts that they've read, having low energy, putting others down, mocking people. You may work with people like this, or are friends with people like this. YOU are the sum of the people around you. Whether you realise it or not, you are absorbing this negative BS on a daily basis, and the point is that being around people like this influences the way you think and act. If your usual company is made of people who complain a lot, who spend time doing stupid things rather than putting their effort to give a meaning to their life, then you need to change.
Start dedicating more time to people who give you energy, who inspire you, who help you. Write a list of the 5 -10 most positively influential people around you, these may be friends, family, neighbours, colleagues. Take care of those relationships with the people you admire and choose what to do with those who didn't make the list, those who suck your energy.
You must start surrounding yourself with determined people, who are an inspiration to excel in your life. If right now you donβt know any, look for them. Find them. Create the environment that you want to be in with the people you want to be with....
