You’ll get 4 weeks of results for the 21-Day price and feel better by next week
You can stay stuck, tired, stiff, and saying “I just need to get back into it”…
Or you can fix it with just 2 sessions this week.
Most people think they need to wait until life slows down to start training again.
But the truth is, it never slows down.
You just get more tired.
And more frustrated.
That’s exactly why we built Small Group PT —
For people who don’t have hours to waste but still want to:
✅ Feel confident again
✅ Get stronger without feeling out of place
✅ Actually enjoy training again
Here’s the stupidly good part 👇
For this final week of October, you’ll get a full month of SGPT, all the coaching, accountability, and progress....
for the same price as our 21-Day Kickstart.
That’s 4 weeks of results for the 21-day price.
No catch. No lock-in. Just your chance to see what you’re capable of when you’ve got:
🏋️♂️ Real coaching
🤝 Small group accountability
📅 A program that fits your life, not the other way around
All for less than £5 per day.
(That’s less than what you spend on coffee or lunch ☕️🥗)
And the best part? You’ll feel the difference after your very first week.
More energy.
Less stress.
Better sleep.
Momentum again.
You’ll walk out of your first session thinking, “I should’ve done this ages ago.”
⏰ This is it . Final week to get a full month of SGPT for the 21-Day price.
🚨We only have two spaces left
💬 DM us now and we’ll book your first session within 24 hours.
If you don’t love it after 21 days, you don’t pay a penny more.

Still seems surreal to me but last week we unfortunately lost one of the nicest men I’ve ever met
From client to a friend and then someone I would consider as close as family by this point
Nathan was with me as a client for coming on 8 years and would only ever miss a session through holiday or occasionally staying out too late the night before 😂
He was the client I went to about moving gym, the client I told first about having a child , the client I went out with for a beer and the client who would book us tickets to shows
Anyone who has crossed paths with him in the gym would know him for two things
His bright clothing
His amazing energy
The studio really will miss him
We would always have chats about mortality and living life to the fullest and if there was anyone who did that it was him!
I still can’t believe he’s gone but I can safely say he squeezed every ounce out of his amazing life
🧡🧡🧡

When you check your watch to see 99.60 😂
The big dog
race to the stones 100km ✅🫡
After basically doing everything wrong in Finland last month, the thought of having to do it all over again but in one day had me shook
Thankfully the weather was on side though and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for it to have gone any better
Incredible day out on the ridgeway absolutely loving life until around 80km where s**t got real
Watched a doc the evening before where she was asked what she does when things start to hurt
“Relax and stay positive” and “put on your hard hat, grab your chisel and imagine going to the back corner of the pain cave”
Every race you get further and further back and f**k me I’ve built an extension this year 😭
Time to refocus for a bit and train for the ultimate endurance event that has no finish line….becoming a Dad 👨
So operation jacked DILF ™️ and be the Dad your kids dad is scared of at sports day begins
Also, shout out for constant encouragement to not bottle this event 😂

Why does your mate like running and you don’t ?
Your mate: Actually enjoys running
You: doesn’t like running
Your mate: has a goal that is tied to running (wants to do a marathon or run their fastest 5km)
You: Runs because they feel like they should do it
Your mate: is using it as a form of exercise to help with a weight goal
You: Would rather do literally anything else to help lose weight*
Your mate: Enjoys getting outside to help with their mood/mental health
You: Even the thought of running ruins your day
You get the point eh?
Running does seem to have a bit of a buzz around it at the moment, for good reason….It can be great
But so can any other form of exercise you can think of. If you hate running it is not superior to anything else so just do whatever you like instead.
Or ignore this and run even when you hate it
not bothered tbf x
Here’s a picture of me loving running with hammy cramp x
*Exercise alone is a pretty crap way to lose weight but We’ll not get into the weeds with that one today folks

Day 2 pre and post feels
Pre - absolutely 💩💩 myself having dragged myself through day 1
Post - nothing but pure relief
With endurance events you spend so much time alone and in your own head the thought of quitting is dangling in front of you constantly
All I kept saying to myself was you can’t just talk about it, you need to be about it
It’s all well and good talking about how much you enjoy doing hard things but eventually you’re going to have to do it 😂
I made so many mistakes for day 2 and I definitely paid for it
All a bit of character building though aye
Back to it we go

🤝 Finland 🇫🇮 110km
First ever two day event and as you can tell by the first photo, it pushed me further than I’ve ever had to go.
The amount you learn about yourself when you go to those places is invaluable though
Safe to say I’ve built a new extension in the pain cave 😂 and lots of experience to rely on next time 💪
What an incredible experience the guys at create 👏👏👏
Shout out to for getting me into the best shape I’ve ever been in as without that there’s no way I’d have finished
for feeding me, dressing me and being such a good place to ask for advice
for picking up for the lack of care I give my body 😂😂

3 years ago today I finished my first ever event
I basically spend the entire time trying not to 💩💩myself because I thought a race would be the best time to try using gels for the first time 😂
Would 10/10 not recommend to a friend
Since then I don’t think there’s been a time I haven’t had something in the diary to train for
In my opinion there isn’t a better way to keep yourself honest in training than having a big hairy scary date in the calendar that you have to show up for.
Although the first photo looks like I’m in some serious pain (can confirm I was) that feeling is the exact feeling that’ll get me doing this s**t for the rest of my life
The relief you get finishing something you trained your arse off for beats everything
And that relief doesn’t unless through some horrible s**t on race day 😂
Here is a selection of significantly horrific races for different reasons
Crystal Palace half - as above
Hever castle ultra duathlon - worst bike ride of my life, had actual tears in my eyes
Ultra x 75km - probably the worst I’ve ever felt, my entire soul hurt
Athens marathon - cramp in both quads and hammies at the same time, not great for running
LDN Trail 25 - actual heat stroke, pi**ed myself xx
