My new favourite way to spend Friday nights! Thank you at for these amazing classes! Absolutely love trapeze yoga...hard work and excellent for developing strength but mostly because I like feeling like a bat 🦇 or a butterfly and hanging around!

Quite overcome to have received this beautiful print ‘A Sinking Feeling’ by from my gorgeous little sister what a beautiful early Christmas present! how lucky can one girl be! Cannot wait to see this in its frame on the wall!

This is how Mondays should be spent... a lovely Yin practice, a long cycle home and a chill stop in the sunshine on the beach with lots of little feathered friends to keep me company. Feeling most content.
