To find out more call 01702 680 112 This event is the Marshes Mashup & is held twice a year. The event is a test of speed, endurance, mental toughness & physical stamina. The event is an individual best effort with an overall final time given to you on completion. There will be awards for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd positions. Aim: The aim of the event is to improve aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and mental robustness.

Today is Marshes Mashup on Belton Way in Leigh On Sea. This is the start and finish line. 09:30am is Registration for 10:00am start (Sharp). Please go onto our website to fill out the application pack which is on the top right hand corner and post to me or hand to me at training. This is open to the public so please share and tell all your friends and family. It's £25 to enter which £5 goes to the Essex Air Ambulance. Hope to see you all there! BBC Team
