Yesterday’s HYROX Sim was honestly something special. Seeing the energy, effort and determination from everyone who competed was incredible.

Every single person who stepped up should be proud of themselves. Whether it was your first HYROX, you were chasing a time, pushing for a PB, or simply testing yourself — you gave it everything, and that’s what made the day so amazing.

The atmosphere, the support, the nerves, the smiles, the suffering 😂… it had everything. Watching everyone push through when things got tough, encourage each other and keep going was a proper reminder of why I love what we’re building.

A massive thank you to everyone who competed, supported, helped out and brought the energy. You made yesterday what it was.

We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. 🫶
