Leigh Leopards take on Warrington Wolves this Saturday at LSV in the Betfred Super League.

Ahead of the game, Leigh Leopards Wheelchair Rugby League Team will be hosting an activation in the car park next to the club shop, where supporters can have a go and learn more about the sport from 4pm–5pm. This fast paced and inclusive sport is suitable for people of all ages and abilities and everyone is welcome to get involved.

Members of the wheelchair team will be on hand to answer questions and show you how it's done! Come along and give it a try before cheering on the Leopards in their Super League clash💪

Expanse Learning celebrated the achievements of their students in our Banqueting Suite yesterday. It was fantastic to see so much hard work and dedication recognised, and we were proud to play a small part in making the celebration so special. Last week, we introduced new recycling initiatives across LSV sand we need your support to achieve our sustainability goals by reducing waste wherever possible. When onsite, please use the correct bins and dispose of your waste responsibly:

Dry Mixed recycling
Please use these bins for clean, dry everyday recyclables, including:
🍃Plastic bottles
🍃Clean trays and food containers
🍃Paper and card
🍃Drinks cans

Please only use general waste bins for food waste, contaminated packaging or anything that can't be recycled through dry mixed waste.

The Flashes Festival of Nature returns this Sunday at Pennington Flash

From 11am-3pm, celebrate our wonderful National Nature Reserve, with nature themed activities, artisan stalls, creative workshops and exciting readings and performances, along with the launch of this year’s Billy the Blackbird Summer Fun Trail! 🐦‍⬛

This family friendly event is free to attend, with some activities incurring a small charge. Come along and get involved in a range of different attractions, from a forest school activity zone, story trail experiences, mindful activities and nature walks!

Alongside all of the nature themed activities, get ready for archery, axe throwing and a climbing wall with Be Well Wigan. Its set to be an action packed day with nature inspired adventure for all the family to enjoy.

The Hide Coffee House will be open throughout the day, serving up delicious sweet treats and refreshments.

A few reminders before today’s home summer return against Castleford Tigers:
💦 Fans are welcome to bring one sealed bottle of water up to 500ml with them, we have refillable stations available to use.
🍔 No other food or drink is permitted to be brought into the stadium bowl, both can be purchased inside our stadium kiosks
🚗Onsite car parking is limited, we recommend Spinning Gate Shopping Centre, Leigh Town Hall and Pennington Flash car parks just a short walk from LSV
🚨Extra security checks will be in place, please arrive in plenty of time to accommodate this.

Leigh Leopards go head to head against Castleford Tigers at LSV tomorrow, with our turnstiles opening 90 minutes before kick off.

With warm weather forecasted, fans can bring in one small sealed bottle of water (up to 500ml) but are reminded no other food or drink is permitted to be brought into the stadium bowl. Extra checks will be in place by our team, so we encourage supporters to arrive with plenty of time to spare.

We also ask supporters to plan ahead travel routes. We always recommend fans utilise public transport routes or offsite car parks. Spinning Gate Shopping Centre and Leigh Town Hall car parks are free on weekends, perfect for matchday parking. Pennington Flash car park is also available to utilise, just a short walk away from LSV.
