As I legged it out the house in such a rush I’ve not picked my meds up so if there’s nobody here at 3pm I’ll be closing up an hour early as I’ve missed my morning and lunchtime medications

Hi all, as you can imagine the gym has been extremely quiet the last couple of days during this latest round of heatwave hell!! 🥵
There were no customers in at all after 6.50pm yesterday and there’s hardly been anyone in today so I’m thinking of telling Hayden to close up at 7pm. If you are planning on training and can’t make it in before then please either message back or ring the gym (01942 608470) and we’ll stay open longer for you.

Hi all, unfortunately I’ve woken this morning with a full blown migraine (the throwing up, I need to be in a dark room type of migraine). I’ve taken my migraine meds - which spanner me out! and when I got up again 40 minutes ago I threw up and and the migraines still in full force. Unfortunately if I don’t catch them early enough I just have to let it run its course and the meds help take the edge off but knock me out.
As Hayden isn’t available for work on a Tuesday and Jaydn’s going to his other job once he’s finished at the gym I’m afraid I’m going to have to close.
So sorry for the late notice and inconvenience, the gym will be open as normal tomorrow

As Hayden and I are both not well the weekend hours will once again be cut to 9am - 4pm as I’m dying on my arse 🤒🥴and the poor lads been covering me even though he’s not well himself! Hope this doesn’t cause too much inconvenience to anyone’s plans.
