I hear it all the time and proud to facilitate what makes people tick and achieve better health and fitness along the way 💪

When my legends tell me they're low on energy and motivation... I always say "you just need to get here, don't worry about anything else".
I have a 100% record in the outcome being "I'm glad I came, I feel better for it".

Sometimes the best part of class isn't the workout... it's the spontaneous moments in between. 😂💃
