All in a day's work: Daddies do the Tour of Tameside in one day The Tour of Tameside has been cancelled this year due to events over the past few months and the ongoing situation - but that hasn't stopped Daddies Escape Running Club from completing the challenge in one day!

A very hot Pennington Flash 5 mile trail race this morning. A great race/course, starting and finishing on the track at Leigh Harriers Club and taking in a fair chunk of the lovely Pennington Flash Country Park. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good race in August next year.

I’ve just entered the Pennington Flash 5 mile Trail Race which is being held this Sunday (25th) at 10.30am. Don’t know if anyone’s done it before (first time for me) and/or fancies doing it on Sunday. It doesn’t seem to have been advertised that much (on social media at least) so it looks like it’ll be quite a small field, which may appeal to some.
