IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to relocation I am closing the ICT end of September 2022.
I am now starting to sell most of my fitness equipment that im not able to take and I have 5 life fitness IC7 bikes left. Please inbox me for more information if you are interested.

As the end of 2021 draws near, it’s now the time to focus on family, friends and loved ones. So as of today, I am closing the studio doors to do exactly that.
I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has helped keep my business running in 2021 by your commitment and dedication by coming back week after week during this year.
I can’t wait to re-open the doors in 2022 with lots of new workouts and hopefully some new members. It would be great to see some old faces return to the studio, as not everyone has been able to get back to normality in 2021 but as I’m sure you all know, my door is always open and would be great to have you back!
