Not only did I love being in this expansive space in London, but being immersed in her work gave me lots of food for thought and clarity on my creative business 🙌🏻

I took myself on an artist date to the Tate yesterday to see the Frida Kahlo exhibition 🥰

Some of my takeaways:

✅ Exploring your identity is never wasted time

✅ Boldly sharing your identity, however much it feels exposing, helps other people feel seen and heard

✅ Personally, seeing this exhibition made me feel called to be more colourful, more experimental, + less afraid to show up for my art

An invitation to the creative is stuck and is seeking confidence and clarity ⬇️

Creativity in life and business is never straight forward, and I love that ♥️

But it’s also a wobbly mother fu**er and can make you feel uncertain in your identity, your focus, and your intentions 🤪

I had the utter joy of seeing and meeting people I’ve spent time online with over the last few years ♥️ As well as seeing some great talks ✨

But being amongst so many people from such varied backgrounds and business - from people only thinking about leaving their full time job to begin, to established entrepreneurs who have exited several business and made big 💰- I felt some uncertainty and self-doubt 😕

Hellooo 👋 How are you doing as we shimmy towards the Autumn shift?

I wanted to re intro myself as it always feels like a nice time, but also cos I’ll be at Ideas Fest this week and wanted to find out who I’ll see in the field?

I am Tommy 👋 I am a coach who helps you when you are ready to feel steady and confident in your identity - particularly when you want to share your voice, your work, and take action on the things that feel most important to you!

My favourite way to work is using creative tools, voice work, nature walk n talks, and art 🎶 🌈

I am also a songwriter and singer and nothing feels better than being in collaboration with someone else ✨

I deeply know about coaching on confidence, values, expression, authenticity, and making change 🙌🏻
