We had a fantastic day at Tour de 4 - Sir Chris Hoy’s Velodrome with Athletes’ Angels and Prostate Cancer UK . I can still hear the bagpipes in my head 🙂

Had a great day with Athletes' Angels at Pedal Trossachs - a Parkinson’s charity event
Crazy rain all morning for the participants but they still completed their 25, 50 and 100 miles and were greeted at the end with the absolute best massage team 🙂

This is how my Saturday went with Athletes' Angels

Driving to a lovely harbour in Musselburgh to meet a fantastic team who had already ran 5 ultras in 5 days along the John Muir Way then met at different points to check in on them all treatment was mainly blisters earned with hard work done by all !

The finish line was at the North Berwick fringe where participants family and friends were waiting with a warm welcome

Well done all - well deserved rest today
