Evolution Muay Thai

Good day at the ISKA open championships yesterday.

Scott getting to semi final had fast paced war in every round, cut his opponent in 1st round and went all in for the stoppage. His opponent weathered the storm and regrouped and came back strong for the win. 1st fight back in a few years, so ring rust out out the way and back to the hard work on Monday.

Dillon getting to the final having only done a demo fight before, great fight and battled hard for 5 rounds against a good opponent. Young callum was very tidy and technical and took the win on points.

Silver medal for dillon which was fantastic in his first proper fight.

Both lads done themselves and the gym proud.

Match making underway for our annual Fight Night.

Matching all classes from junior to A class and looking to have 1 or 2 title fights on the night too,so if any gyms have any guys your looking to get out in September pm me with details.

All fighters be well looked after as normal.

TEENAGE ONLY BEGINNER CLASS !

Beginner class for teenage boys and girls from 12 to 15 years old, come and learn with people similar age, all begginners learning the fundamental skills of Muay Thai.

Safe, fun and friendly environment and suitable for all teenagers.

Ladies only class on Mondays at 6pm tp 7pm... PM for details.

Unfortunately due to cover issues there will be no kids class on Thursdays going forward for the time being.

Tuesday class is on as normal.

The gym was saddened to hear about the passing of one of our members last weekend.

Dougie hadn't trained in a while but when he was in the gym he was absolute joy and great guy to have in the gym.

Always smiling and joking and getting fully involved.

Condolences to all his family and friends.
