It’s about building friendships, sharing moments, and making memories that last, while supporting families every step of the way💚 Activate With Andy is a small business that is based around working with both children and adults on wellbeing, health and fitness. I run groups and activities for children and parents, a lot of this focussing on children's movement. I also run children's parties, after school clubs and holiday clubs. During the night I run adults fitness classes to focus on their own health and fitness. I am really passionate about what I do and making a difference and a positive impact on children and adults lives.

💙 MONDAY MORNING AT ACTIVATE WITH ANDY 💙

We’ve got two structured groups running this morning, and we’d really love your help spreading the word. 🙌

A lot of our older children have now moved on to school, which means we’ve got space to welcome some new families into our Monday groups. 🥰

🏃‍♂️ MINI ATHLETES – PENWORTHAM

👧🧒 Ages 2–5 years

Fun, structured activities including races, games, teamwork, listening skills and confidence building. 🌟

🎶 ACTIVE BEATS – LEYLAND
📍 Leyland Methodist Community Centre
⏰ 10:00–10:45am
👧🧒 Ages 18 months–5 years

Music, movement, action songs, dancing and lots of fun in a structured session. 🎵

If you’ve been thinking about trying one of our groups, this is a lovely time to come along and join us. 💙

👶💕 ACTIVE BABIES 💕👶

What a lovely session at Active Babies today! 🥰 We were so pleased to welcome a new little friend to the group — it’s always lovely seeing our Active Babies family grow! 💕

We had a lovely variety of toys out for the babies to explore, play and socialise with each other, while parents had the chance to sit back, have a brew ☕️ and enjoy a chocolate biscuit 🍪.

We also got creative with some Moana & Maui footprint artwork 🌺🌊👣 — the perfect little keepsake to take home!

We finished our relaxed session with some singing 🎶, which was a lovely way to end the morning.

Active Babies really is such a lovely, relaxed group — perfect for little ones to explore, play and socialise with other babies, while parents get the chance to meet and chat with other parents too. 💕👶

We’d love to welcome more little ones to come and join us! 🥰

90 minutes of bouncing, climbing, sliding, riding and loads of active play — perfect for burning off some energy! 😄

A lovely relaxed baby group with sensory play, movement, songs and plenty of time to meet other parents and carers. 💙

🏃‍♂️💙 MINI ATHLETES THIS MORNING! 💙🏃‍♀️

What a brilliant session we had today at Mini Athletes! 🙌

Loads of energy, great listening, plenty of races and some really lovely effort from everyone throughout the session. 🌟

A huge well done to Colton, who was our STAR OF THE WEEK! 🏅

He won lots of races today, but what really stood out was how enthusiastic he is every single week. He always throws himself into the activities and gives everything a go with a big smile on his face. 💙

Well done Colton — very well deserved! 👏

🎶💛 What a lovely Sing & Shake we had today! 💛🎶

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our lovely 45-minute baby singing session. Although we had a quieter group today, the little ones who came along had a fantastic time! 🥰

There was even a little friendly battle between Eden and Tabitha to see who could get the finger puppets from Shell first! 😂😂 They were both very determined! 🐰🦆🐭

We sang lots of our favourite nursery rhymes, including Sleeping Bunnies and Old MacDonald, as well as having lots of fun playing along with our musical instruments. 🎵🥁

Sing & Shake isn’t just about having fun — singing, rhymes and musical play are fantastic for babies too! 💕 They can help support early communication and language development, listening skills, memory, coordination and turn-taking, while the repetition of familiar songs gives little ones opportunities to recognise sounds, anticipate what comes next and join in at their own pace.

And of course, it’s also a lovely chance for babies and grown-ups to socialise, have fun and enjoy some special time together. 🥰

📢 A little reminder: There will be no Sing & Shake next week as Shell is taking a day off for annual leave. But don’t worry, we’ll be back the following week ready for more singing, instruments, nursery rhymes and lots of fun! 🎶💕
