Not torture… just yoga adjustments 🤪

Monday nights are about reaching our potential in every pose we do. Which is why your instructor (my fabulous mom) is there to adjust you and help you get the most out of your class and your body ✨

Of course, adjustments are given safely and only with client permission so if you’d rather enjoy the class without them, then that’s absolutely fab too 😊

Showing your children that exercise is an essential and enjoyable part of life is so important and you ladies are doing an amaaaaazing job in doing so! 💪🥰

I am on my journey 🌅

In this evening’s yoga class, we focused on this mantra. To understand the importance of enjoying the journey we’re on rather than rushing to arrive at the destination.

We were asked to think about being on our journey in life and also within each pose which was a brilliant reminder that we’re not expected to be able to get into the perfect downward facing dog but that we get one step closer each time we practice and THAT is what’s wonderful.

Amazing class again 💕 I feel stretched, strong and peaceful.

A mantra is a series of words said to oneself to reflect upon during yoga practice.

On Monday evening our mantra was ‘I am present’ and it was a great reminder to be engaged in the here and now as it’s often too easy to be distracted by our phones, work, the washing etc.

Well done yogi’s for being present during Monday evening’s yoga session 💕
