Buggy Beat is back for it's 6th summer in Lichfield! 💪🏼👶

Starting on Wednesday 3rd June at 10.40.

This class lasts about an hour, and then there's an option to go for a cuppa and a chat.

We ducked inside out of the rain for our Buggy Beat class this morning.

Thank you to Becky at for letting us use her studio. The babies particularly enjoyed the disco lights 🪩 and the adults enjoyed staying dry.

We had a great workout and catch up coffee, but we do hope the sun shines again for a few more weeks 🙏☀️
