These are three real cases that have happened to friends, colleagues and customers. In each, the people affected were left asking the same question: **what happens after you get a crime reference number?** 📄
The cost goes well beyond the bike: repairs, insurance, lost confidence and, in one case, a young rider who may never take his full test.
