As always we’ve taken on board feedback from members and wanted to provide you all with the best option available. The new machine specific pad attaches with an elasticated band and allows for maximum range of movement on our Nautilus Leg Extension.

Please ask a member of staff if you would like to use it. Please look after all equipment, using it correctly and returning it once you’re done.

As a team we have continued our effort supporting Mind (Mental Health Charity) through 2025.
Main thanks goes to Katarina and Silvie for their efforts to raise money and awareness for a very important cause.

The new Nautilus/star trac hack squat has landed today peeps. Exactly the same as Tamworth site if you've tried that one you'll know it is a lovely angle and smooth movement.
