โ ๏ธ Safety Notice โ Bamboo Regrowth โ ๏ธ
The bamboo in the enclosed area has started to grow back and new shoots are beginning to sprout. These shoots can be very sharp and may pose a risk of injury, particularly to children and anyone using the surrounding area.
We are currently in the process of arranging treatment to remove and prevent further regrowth. In the meantime, the affected area has been cordoned off as a precaution.
Please do not enter the enclosed area and help us by keeping children away from the bamboo shoots until the work has been completed.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

๐จ Important Message from Shenstone Playing Fields Committee ๐จ
We are extremely disappointed to report an ongoing issue with dog mess being left across the playing fields. Failing to pick up after your dog is illegal and poses serious health risks to our community.
Please take a moment to think about your children and local families using these fields โ children play football here after school, families picnic here, and community groups rely on this space being clean and safe. No child should have to run through or fall in dog mess.
๐น CCTV has been installed covering the areas of the playing fields.
We intend to work with enforcement officers and fines will be issued to anyone caught not cleaning up after their dog.
We ask all dog owners to act responsibly:
โ Pick up after your dog
โ Use the bins provided or take waste home
โ Help keep Shenstone Playing Fields safe and enjoyable for everyone
Letโs work together to protect this vital community space. Thank you to the many responsible dog walkers who already do the right thing โ your cooperation is appreciated.
