Our team have been working on self improvement and skill development lately, running courses for our sister centre, Pioneer. This gives our team a fantastic opportunity to practice their coaching skills in a relaxed environment with people they are comfortable with (rather than mentoring the first time in their lives with strangers). Even on our most basic conference package, your group will benefit from features like full Board, from dinner on Friday, through to lunch on Sunday, en-suite accommodation in private and secure lodge, with meeting lounge and small kitchenette, groups of 24 and above are allocated a conference space suitable for the whole group to gather in! 🤯

Giving youth independence, one session at a time! 💪

By putting youth in control of their climb, descent, and speed, our height based activities like abseiling and zipwire give the young person opportunities to develop their independence and take on responsibilities. What other skills do these sessions work on? 💬
