Sending all my lovely clients a big thank you for making my classes so enjoyable. Have a fantastic summer and see you all in September......I'm currently enjoying the view on a much needed admin day.
I currently have a few spaces available in my Thursday morning Pilates session. Its a small class of a max. of 12 clients, held at 10:30am close to Lichfield City Centre. Message or email me for further info.
Just as I was looking forward to getting back to teaching 5 classes a week we have to stop.
Governement Lockdown means I am unable to run the planned 6 week Pilates course starting this week.
I'll keep you posted on when we can restart.

35/40 min Back Mobility class available now for £5.00. No strength work just pure mobility for the spine.
20 min video available NOW for just £3.00. Loads of great leg work without any squats. All you need is a mini loop or a resistance band tied in a knot.
