Sometimes you may look and think 🤔
but what are they doing ?
With our Mighty Matts ..this slightly crazy Follow the Leader game …had lots of fun and silly movements and activities in …All about getting the students moving …but in between we put in some Martial Arts Techniques …
When we say down afterwards we asked the students … could they remember all the Martial Art’s techniques practised on the drill?
Great for memory , thinking and growing confidence.
Every Class grows confidence.
Every Challenge builds character !!
