We had a great day at our 7 a-side tournament yesterday, perfect weather and some great social hockey. Thanks to everyone who got involved.

Two of our 3 women’s Wednesday night Summer League teams were privileged to play on our new pitch carpet this week.
The striking blue creates a special atmosphere and is inspiring to play on. Seal the of approval from all the players.
Well done to all those involved in achieving this. 🏑👏

And just like that we have our new surface ready for action. Thanks to Lichfield District Council for the support through the CIL grant funding and to A S Sports Systems Limited for completing the project.

The reconstruction begins.
New shock pad 90% down with new turf laying expected to start Monday.

Pitch Update:
- Turf all up and ready to be reused.
- Shockpad up and awaiting collection.
- new turf and rubber crumb onsite and ready to go.
Next week sees the new shockpad going down.

And so it begins….
Almost 18 years since it was laid it’s time for a new surface.

We’re delighted to be heading to Lichfield Hockey Club this spring.

Our team will be resurfacing their sand-dressed hockey pitch, giving the club a reliable, durable surface for training and matchdays.

Lichfield secure victory against Loughborough Students - Lichfield Live® Lichfield Hockey Club's men bounced back to winning ways with a 3-2 triumph at Loughborough Students.
