Tonight, our team came together for the first scenario training session of the month, continuing our commitment to providing a safe environment for everyone who visits Lichfield Leisure Centre.

These practical sessions give our team the opportunity to work through a range of realistic emergency scenarios, helping to build confidence, strengthen teamwork and ensure we’re always prepared to respond when it matters most.

🔍 BEHIND THE SCENES… DID YOU KNOW? 🔍

Keeping our pool clean, safe and ready for you is a top priority at Lichfield Leisure Centre.

Our team carries out rigorous water quality testing:
💧 Before the pool opens each day
🕒 Every 4 hours throughout the day
🌙 After the pool closes

During every test, we carefully monitor key water quality levels, including chlorine, pH and other important parameters to ensure they remain within recommended standards. This helps provide a safe, clean and enjoyable swimming environment for everyone.

💤 While you sleep, our pool robot gets to work!
Every night, our automated pool cleaning robot thoroughly cleans the pool floor, helping to remove any debris and keeping the pool looking its best ready for the next day’s swimmers 💤

From regular water testing to overnight cleaning, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes to ensure every visit to our pool is a safe, clean and enjoyable one.
