We believe the best decisions are made with clarity, transparency and trust.
Our role is to create genuinely valuable learning experiences and honest conversations that help people understand what they want to develop and make the decision that feels right for them.
This conversation was a beautiful example of that.
Our next RCP Pathway starts 25 September for those ready to develop the capabilities to become effective Recovery Coaches.

Apparently, some of the things we believe make great recovery support are kinda chic👀
Not having all the answers.
Listening properly.
Staying curious.
Seeing strengths.
Supporting without trying to save.
Knowing when to support, when to step back, and how to keep learning.
And knowing that lived experience and learning can sit side by side.
This is what we practise at RCA.
Our Recovery Coach Professional Pathway is for people who want to develop the skills, confidence and intention to support others through recovery, change and life’s transitions.
Whether you already work alongside people, your lived experience has led you towards supporting others, or you’re curious about where recovery coaching could take you.
Kinda chic to care✨
Kinda chic to keep learning✨
Kinda chic to build real skills✨
Kinda chic to reach out if your curious✨

This is what international recovery coach training looks like🌍
Today we wrapped up the final day of our latest 5-Day Recovery Coach Academy.
One Zoom room. People joining from different countries, bringing different experiences, professions, perspectives and relationships with recovery.
And even our team weren’t all in the same country, with Naetha Uren and Calliese Conner delivering across the UK, Portugal and Spain🇬🇧🇵🇹🇪🇸
But what makes a group like this special isn’t how many countries we can count.
It’s what happens when those people come together.
Five days of questions, conversations, practice, laughter, vulnerability, challenging our thinking and learning from one another.
At the end today, we asked everyone what had been most valuable and what difference the training had made.
We heard:
💬 “I now believe I could do this.”
💬 “More confidence and self-belief.”
💬 “Learning to meet people where they are.”
💬 “Letting the client lead their own recovery.”
💬 “Connection with people on a deeper level.”
And perhaps that’s what this screenshot captures better than any polished marketing image ever could.
Recovery may look different around the world. But learning how to walk alongside others with curiosity, hope and belief in what’s possible can happen from anywhere.
Our next 5-Day Recovery Coach Academy begins in September🌍
There’s room for you on the next Zoom screen👀
