Tonight’s session was all about 1K loops with a small recovery loop in between. 🔁🏃‍♀️

Push hard on the 1K, catch your breath on the recovery loop, then go again 💪🔥 It’s amazing how quickly those legs start to feel it! 😂

Some great effort from everyone tonight, whether you smashed every rep or just pushed yourself a little harder than usual, you did it! 👏🙌

🌙 Tuesday Run Club 🏃‍♀️🐾

A lovely warm evening for tonight’s run, with a great turnout and lots of happy runners 🙌

We headed out for two laps of the village, chatting, running and enjoying the last of the daylight before it started getting dark. 🌅➡️🌙

And of course, we had our very own Run Club mascot, Nellie 🐕‍🦺 keeping everyone company.

A really lovely evening with a great group. Thanks to everyone who came along, see you Thursday! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️👏

🏟️ Track night🏃‍♀️

What a great session at the track tonight ❤️

We worked through 400m reps with easy 200m recoveries, with everyone working at their own pace.

A really good session with lots of effort, encouragement and a few tired legs by the end 💪
