"My job involves me sitting at my desk the majority of the time and then on occasions I will be on my feet for 18 hour shifts, often for multiple days in a row.
Until I joined Bodystreet, I wasn’t eating as well as I could and not exercising and the day after a long day at work I would feel exhausted, achy and like I’ve been hit by a train.
Last year was the first year in a very long time where I felt full of energy, strength and didn’t feel tired and I genuinely think it is down to the work that I have done with Bodystreet.

Breaking news:

Local superheros discovered… during an EMS session. 🦸‍♂️⚡️

The superhero position might look like you’re about to fly, but it’s actually working on:

✔ Glute activation
✔ Lower back strength
✔ Core stability

These muscles are part of your posterior chain — essential for posture, running power, and protecting your lower back.

Add EMS stimulation and suddenly holding this pose feels a lot less heroic. 😅

Strong glutes = fewer back complaints and stronger movement in everyday life.

Think a plank is easy?
Try holding one while your muscles are having a polite electric conversation with each other. ⚡😅

The plank is one of the best exercises for core stability, targeting your abs, obliques, lower back and even shoulders. A strong core helps with posture, reduces injury risk, and improves performance in everything from lifting to running.

Now add EMS training into the mix…
While you hold the plank, EMS stimulates deeper muscle fibres that are often harder to activate with traditional training alone. That means more muscle recruitment, better core engagement, and yes… shakier arms.

If your legs start wobbling halfway through, don’t worry — that’s just your muscles realising they’ve been invited to a much bigger party than expected 😂

Fun fact: During EMS training up to 90% of muscle fibres can be activated simultaneously.

No wonder that plank suddenly feels… spicy. 🌶️

Progress doesn’t always shout.

Sometimes it whispers… through stronger squats, steadier balance, and muscles waking up in ways you didn’t expect.

That’s the beauty of EMS training. Even when the workout feels short, your muscles are working deep beneath the surface — activating fibres that often stay dormant during traditional workouts.

Consistency beats quick fixes. Every session is a step forward, even if the results aren’t visible just yet.
