Driven by a passion for running, Chris Illsley founded Running Imp in 1988. Managing Director Faye Watson joined the family-run business in 1991, originally starting out as an Office Junior. Expanding rapidly over the years, we’ve grown from just two staff to over 65 currently. Running Imp is proud to call Jubilee House our home, a large purpose-built office facility with a connecting warehouse that was opened by Olympic medallist Steve Cram in 2013. Allowing our team of specialists to thrive, Running Imp are proud to say our four key aims of service, advice, choice and value have truly stood the test of time over 36 years. Handling short lead times with ease, we’re honoured to have scooped up many prestigious awards, including:
Lincolnshire Media Business Awards 2010 – Customer Care Award
Lincolnshire Media Business Awards 2012 – Diversity Award
Lincolnshire Media Business Awards 2013 – Large Business of the Year
Lincoln Civic Award – 2013
Earning a global reputation for the quality of our custom medals, Bespoke Medals was born in 2010. This division specifically deals with the design and manufacture of Medals, Custom Coins and Pin Badges at wholesale prices. With fundraising becoming a much larger focus for clubs, companies and organisations, we created Bespoke Fundraising Supplies too. This new specialist division exists to solely deal with charity and fundraising merchandise and products. We saw Jane Illsley, Josh Illsley and Molly Illsley-Smith added to the Board of Directors, ready to continue working alongside Chris, Faye and the Running Imp family to maintain our principle beliefs of providing Service, Advice, Choice and Value to our customers.
