Home - Reach Out adventures adventure Outdoor Activities We are an Outdoor Activity Provider Based in the East Midlands. We provide high quality Indoor & Outdoor activities to all ages and abilities. We are also an Approved Activity Provider (AAP) Licenced to provide Training & Expeditions for DofE Award.

Orienteering Activities

Hartsholme Country Park in Lincoln.

Orienteering is an exciting and challenging outdoor sport that exercises mind and body.

The aim is to navigate between control points marked on an orienteering map.

We have 3 fantastic courses at for all levels of experience and ability.

SMALL COURSE - a gentle course which is ideal for younger children aged 7- 10 years old. The course takes approximately 2hrs.
£7.50 Per Person.

MEDIUM COURSE - this course provides the perfect adventure for family groups and young people aged 11+ The course takes approximately 3hrs.
£8.50 Per Person.

LONG COURSE - this course is more demanding and mostly used by more experienced under 18's and adults wanting a bit more of a challenge. This course takes approximately 4hrs.
£10.00 Per Person

Our aim is giving you a fun-packed- memorable experience you will always look back on. Our standard day will involve Outdoor Rock Climbing & Abseiling.

Or we could take you to the world of weaselling, which requires you going through holes, scrambling and hopping rock to rock.

If so the Yorkshire Three Peaks gives you just that!

Traditionally the Yorkshire Three Peaks is completed within 12 hours. This classic walk includes 24.5 mile walk taking you to the summits of Pen-y-Ghent, Wherenside, and Ingleborough all in one hit.

The classic walk starts in a small village of Horton-In-Ribblesdale at the Pen-y-Ghent cafe, where you will have the opportunity to meet your friendly mountain guides and clock in before trekking out on your challenge.

WHAT INCLUDED?

-Full kit list & guidance.
-Support and guidance from a qualified and first aid trained mountain leader.
-On the day: An opportunity to complete the famous Yorkshire Three Peaks.
-Receive a completion certificate & Badge.

We also offer hill walking training days around the beautiful Peak District. These training days give you the perfect opportunity to build some extra fitness with the support of a qualified mountain leader. We aim to build your confidence and make you feel more relaxed about your up coming challenge.

Been in Dark Peaks today developing more skills and checking out routes to deliver our new navigation courses.

I’m now a course provider for the NNAS The National Navigation Award Scheme, we offer Bronze & Silver Awards. Along with the Young Navigator Award Scheme, one star (Bronze) two star (Silver) three star (Gold). We provide for all levels of experience, age and ability. Fantastic couple of day delivering a improvers climbing course on Stanage edge. Some strong winds over last couple of days, some rain but still some amazing views. Well done Ciaran crisp.
