I think this black and white filter gives my legs more color than they actually have!!!!
Who's ready for some sun? I know I certainly am.
Feeling very pale and 'fluffy' for me, not in the best routine with my own exercise and food at the moment, the easter chocolate hit me eggs-tra hard this year!

Absolutely loving work, dug deep in this first quarter, proving that you get more of what you give your attention to. Switched to a new and improved app and went on a course to improve my skills in the amazing world of personal development.

3 more quarters to go though and I still have things to achieve so now the Easter eggs have gone and work has fully recovered and surpassed where it was from the extreme blip of a solo hyrox last year, it's time to pay a bit more attention to my own exercise and food again, as well as my lovely clients 💕

If you see me in shorts any time soon, keep your sunglasses on!

I'm not sure if you know this but....

As a personal trainer....if there's a day when you're not in gym gear, it's pretty much the law to do a social media post to document the occasion!

This is one of those rare and obligatory moments ... Don't worry though I'm back in lycra writing this already! It's so comfy and stretchy!

Awesome 12 week results from my friend Lyndsay, let's hear from her and how she found the experience...

"With an upcoming holiday booked, my partner & I embarked on a 12 week journey with Jo just to tighten up a bit & feel good hitting the beach! We both train consistently but knew we could make some food/drink improvements.

I’ve known Jo my entire life, so we knew each others’ expectations throughout. Jo is also aware of our lifestyles and how much we enjoy eating out and socialising with friends over drinks.

I don’t think I’ve ever managed to ‘diet’ longer than 24 hours but I made a commitment to make better choices over the 12 weeks under Jo’s guidance. And the results speak for themselves - without the comparison photos I wouldn’t have any idea how much my body has actually changed! And I’m so proud of Matt - he looks incredible!

I won a trophy!!!
Had a great time at the Burghley Multi Sport Weekender, well run, lovely event, would definitely recommend it. I had no idea there would be a trophy until I congratulated the winner and she told me!
