Early booking recommended for our cash prize open doubles competition on Sunday 5th July...a few places still available

Thank you to the 32 teams that took part in our first open doubles competition of the year on Easter Sunday.
Cash prizes were paid out to the top 5 positions with The Drifters -Phil and Alex coming first winning all five games plus 54 points followed by Jason and Jayden with 5 wins plus 40 points, a great show from the two teams with junior players.
Mokhtar and Abdou were 3rd with Mark and Lisa 4th closely followed by Grant and Sandra .
We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Thank you to all 28 teams from all over the East Midlands and far beyond that took part in our Stimpson Autumn cash prize doubles competition on Sunday 19th October.
Apart from our regular attendees we were pleased to meet teams new to our events and we hope to see you again at one of our open competitions in the future.
Prizes were awarded to the top 5 teams. Two teams finished with 5 wins....Matt and Edgar in first place with Peter and June just 2 points behind in 2nd place . The Drifters (Phil and Alex) were 3rd
Chris& Peter 4th and Mokhtar and Kamal in 5th place all with 4 wins.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our open competition on Sunday 29th June which was probably one of the hottest days of the year so far and definitely one of hottest we have played in at our club... despite the cloudy looking skies in the photos!!

Congratulations to Mokhtar and Abdou who were the winning team with 5 wins plus 47.. Second place went to Peter and Vic with 5 wins plus 23.
Jallal and Akil came 3rd just 1 point ahead of Tanya and Lori...all closely followed by Simon and John who came in joint 5th place with Dan & Steve.
