I can officially call myself an accredited strength and conditioning coach! One of the most difficult processes I have ever gone through, but one of the most fulfilling as well!
Excited to continue this chapter of my professional life and build on this achievement.

Welcome to the Athlete Management System Vol 1 for Panther Performance and Strength.
This system is fully comprehensive and encompasses everything possible to keep an athlete on track to smashing their goals and improving their abilities.
The key features:
✅COACHES DASHBOARD
The coaches dashboard covers a full macro cycle in an athlete’s training. It allows planning and forethought around competitions, seasons and mesocycles.
It also allows for the tracking of major lifts and their speed/load/rep schemes, to be able to objectively plan ahead.
✅LOAD-VELOCITY ESTIMATIONS
The load velocity estimations allow for testing without having to ever hit a 1RM, keeping clear of possible injury and keeping training moving forward.
✅CLIENT ZONE
The client zone covers all things functionality and anthropometrics. This zone keeps you updated on your movement patterns, body part and day fat measurements, and transformation photos.
✅NUTRITION TEMPLATES
Possibly my favourite part of the system - the nutrition templates. This part allows you to fully customise your weekly nutrition by planning based around your goals. You change the amount of each macronutrient you need in each meal and it gives you the options and their exact weighting’s to make tracking your food as easy as possible.

Lizzi hasn’t set foot in a gym the whole time we’ve worked together.
What she has done, however, is stuck to the plan.
She’s trained at home, cycled (as she loves it), and eaten well.
We haven’t done anything groundbreaking, she hasn’t had a secret special pill, and she hasn’t spent hours in a gym.
She’s still been out to eat, drink, and party throughout the last 12 weeks.
She’s just enjoyed her life while working towards her goals.

Lauren didn’t come to me to lose body fat, or weight.
She came to me to get fitter, stronger and healthier.
Along the way she’s lost body fat, gained muscle mass, and looks fantastic for it.
She actually weighs the same in her before and current pictures.
She’s pushed herself hard, and got a new 10K PB.
She’s got new PB’s in her squat, deadlift and bench press: pretty much every lift!
And she’s not stopping there.

There’s a few new faces in my following now so I’d like to just introduce myself to people.

I’m Nathan, a personal trainer and online body confidence specialist.
I became a personal trainer about 5 years ago now, and have helped hundreds of people transform their lives and mindsets when it comes to health and fitness.
I aim to be the best I can be, and provide the most I possibly can for my clients, while still having a high level of professionalism, quality and devotion to their goals.
I’ve undertaken a few extra qualifications to help me do so, but I won’t bore you with the details.
The point is that I aim to help, I had a horrific incident in my teen years which led me to struggle with my own goals - so now I aim to help others work through their problems and achieve what they’re wanting to.
