After seven seasons as Hartsholme CC Club & 1st XI Captain, Rob Thorpe will step down from the role at the end of the 2026 season.

During his time as captain, Rob has led the 1st XI to one promotion and two George Marshall Cup victories, while playing a huge part in the club’s growth both on and off the field.

📊 Seven seasons. One captain. Plenty of memories.

Thankfully, it’s not goodbye — Rob will continue playing for Hartsholme in 2027 and beyond. ❤️💚💛
