Mon 6- 6.45pm Pilates
7- 7.45pm weighted hiit/circuits

Wed - 7.30- 8.15pm Pilates

Thurs 5.45-6.30pm Body Tone

Sat - 8.15-9am Body Tone

ยฃ7 for a singular Pilates session or ยฃ6 for a fitness session.
ยฃ10 for any 2 sessions within 1 week, day and/or evening.
ยฃ12 for as many sessions as you wish to make, day and/or evening again within 1 week, plus access if wanted to our weight/fat loss, muscle gain group, chat with and support other members on a fat loss journey, share food ideas and spur each other on. weekly weigh ins, monthly photos, measurements if wanted, nutrition advice, food diary check, again only if wanted.
Book in and payments at the start of each month but only for the amount of sessions and the weeks you wish to book in for / do.
