It's the end of another month, so here are our official viewing statistics for the month of AUGUST. In the month as a whole, we had just over 1.6 million views and 116,171 engagements by viewers (comments, likes, shares, etc). During August we also gained 150 new followers, and we are expecting to reach 9,000 followers within the next few weeks.

Thanks to everyone for helping to make this officially the biggest and most viewed independent Lincoln City site on the internet.

IMPORTANT NOTE - We have had several emails asking why we publish these figures. A few days ago we featured a competition to name the season this photo was taken and the team members. The correct answer is the 1967-68 season (in Division 4) under manager Ron Gray. The names of the players are listed below.

According to reports in the Ipswich Star newspaper and other online sources, the Imps are poised to sign Ipswich Town winger Chiedozie Ogbene on a half-season loan, ahead of the 11.00pm transfer deadline.

Ogbene was born in Lagos Nigeria, but moved to Ireland with his family in 2005, and now plays for the Ireland national team. He has had made 35 appearances for Ireland, scoring 5 goals.
