Member Spotlight 🌟 DIANE!
Diane, commonly referred to as "the legend" within the Custom Fitness walls, showed us all what consistency and dedication looked like the other week.
Now if you've ever had the pleasure of being in a session with Diane, you'll know she doesn't stand still. Constantly marching around in little circles, living her best life! But what looks like an innocent few minutes of keeping moving is actually part of a far bigger picture...
Those little steps all added up to ensure the Diane hit 12000 steps, every day, for 100 DAYS IN A ROW. Incredible 👏
So on those days where she may not have had many steps but knew she could still come to the gym, she spent every spare second getting in more steps. There was never an "I can't", there was only ever action, in the smallest of steps, towards a massive goal.
Diane, you are an inspiration as to what can be achieved if you stick at it and make it a priority. Let's give it up for the legend!!! 👏👏👏

MASSIVE congratulations to these two for finishing the GYMRACE event in London last month! 👏😍
What you see there is the end result, but what you didn't see was everything that came up until that point.
The early mornings.
The sessions they did tired.
The sessions they ticked off week in, week out.
The consistency was what got both Clare and Louise there. They found a goal, stuck to it, and raced their socks off!!!
Whether you've got a race/competition in mind, a goal to get stronger, move better or just feel like yourself again, the formula stays the same.
Stay consistent. Trust the Process. Repeat.

All smiles for 250!
250 sessions is a massive achievement ladies, well done to both Alison and Vikki! Both work super hard in every session they attend, from picking heavy things up in strongman to refining movements in SGPT. Well done ladies!

A picture is worth a thousand words 😍
We could tell you how amazing strongman is, how it makes you feel, how anyone can do it, and the incredible support that everyone around you gives, but the picture sums it up quite nicely we think!
