100 squats a day for November
This one is combined with Pilates exercises…..and some of you have noticed a pesky ova ball 🥵

Together with my physiotherapy team, we are completing 100 squats a day for the entire month! Any donations would be greatly appreciated! I am trying to mix up my squats with a different workout each day…that could be a run, Pilates, Hitt session….
