Full routine for my students asking. One we’ve been working on for a couple of weeks. Hoping they’ll all remember it to put it all together next week.

Got to play “pick a page number” with and .goodchild which landed on this Foot Block Split. Also wanted to end with something chokey, so tried a single leg cradle transition we saw the beautiful .y.k do (although apparently I couldn’t find me hand on the bar 😅)
Big love to my ladies for their help, support and ideas (which I do steal).
She sees - she tries. My not-so-splitty variation of an inside out split we saw on .w3 page, who also saw it from .y.k 🥰
Beautiful inspo ladies 😍
Always up for trying a challenge!!
Big love to the Queen of Hoop ❤️
Part 2 of a longer inter to advanced sequence I started thinking up last week. Featuring Inside Extended Crescent Moon as seen in the Hoop Bible.
Hoping my Saturday crew will smash through this whole sequence in one go 💪❤️
Starting to teach this long sequence in class this week. Began thinking up this flow since last week, pleased how it’s turning out.
All intermediate to early advanced shapes and transitions. Here’s part 1 featuring Leg Trap Amazon from the Hoop Bible

Had a thought last week as to whether it was possible/safe to slide no hands straight into a Candlestick on the spanset. Conclusion: totally doable if both moves are already in your comfortable repertoire. Absolutely would recommend being taught and spotted by this in person, hoop rigged low and with the thickest mats. Lots to go wrong
Crossed ankle release originally inspired by hoop queen .mariia ❤️
Little inter to advanced flow from last weeks training.
Big love to for joining me and being my safety buddy for the sesh ❤️
Building a whole sequence around Catherine Wheel (p.326 of the Hoop Bible) for my advanced flow ladies ❤️ maybe I can persuade them to do the whole thing…:🤔😅
