A pretty one to add to your repertoire if it isn’t already.

Something .aerial and I played with last week.

Elbow Grip Figurehead Lunge is one I’ve wanted to do for a while but not really been brave enough. Comes with an extra spicy Superman drop. It’s classed as an 💚Advanced move💚 in the Hoop Bible (and rightly so!).
As usually .aerial had the right idea for entry
