Inside Out Split to Olympian Reach, with a Single Hocks Scarab thrown in because I still think it’s scary (find around page 69 of the Hoop Bible)
Similar to my last combo. Sometimes I come up with similar to teach in class so that students get to try the same moves in different combos back to back. I’ll be teaching both this and the last one over the next couple weeks.
Big love to stroker of the book

Saw hoop hottie do this crucifix variant at the start and had to pair it with something epic, like this Olympian drop .jay asked me to teach. Featuring a split grip single leg scarab (find it on page 67 of the hoop Bible).
This is a solid 🟢Advanced combo 🟢

Coming at Sunday with another Beginner friendly flow.
Hope you all have a lovely day, I’m off running with the crew and already procrastinating too much.
Save and Steal responsibly 🤞🏻
Follow us on a journey….
Usually it’s me sending these kinds of things, but this one was alllllll her. Originally by the incredibly talented .giselle 😍❤️
Now, I hear my students, clients, friends and family regularly say; “but it’s ok for you, you’re built that way, you’re naturally good at it, you’ve got the energy and strength for it.”
It’s far from the truth. I’ve never really been a natural at any sport. I’ve been mid at some things, but it’s only the sports I’ve put a lot of time and effort into that I’ve got to be pretty decent at. I regularly don’t want to exercise, I have plenty of low energy days, small amounts of free time, and a butt load of anxiety. But exercise and dance have become my daily non-negotiable with myself….and I feel better for it.
There was a time when beginner stuff was painful and difficult, there was a time intermediate stuff was (and sometimes still is) painful and difficult, there are many times when the advanced, pro and whatever category we’re putting this delightful flip into is (“Things that don’t feel humanly possible, until they are” category) painful and almost impossible. I’ve fallen, I’ve flopped, I’ve talked myself out of things only to get back on and try again.
Thanks to .goodchild bringing in some mics, you can follow along on a journey to learn something that we’ve never tried before. It was uncomfortable, confusing and, eventually, elating!
What I’m saying is, you have the right to say no to doing hard things. But, if you want to do the hard things, sometimes you just have to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
Love you lots
Z xx
Another beginner friendly flow!
Big up to all the Wednesday crew who came up with their own version based on the same moves ❤️
Every now and then we come across a move that just doesn’t seem possible, the only reference is a pic, and every time we try it the whole bar spins away and we cartwheel to the floor.
Amy Down is one of them. We’ve been throwing it in training for a bit now on and off, but last week it clicked on how to do it!
Find in on page 169 of the Hoop Bible. It is 🟢Advanced🟢

Me asking Jess if it’s bendy enough yet to be classed as this Extended Footblock Wineglass Layback on 135 of the Hoop Bible….she confirmed it wasn’t going to get any bendier from me 😅
This one’s 🟢Advanced🟢
