The TRX Y-Fly (or Y Deltoid Fly) is an exceptional suspension training exercise that targets the rear deltoids, rhomboids, upper back, and core.

Training clients - Lower body strength

The reverse box lunge (often called a deficit reverse lunge) is a highly effective lower-body exercise that increases your range of motion by starting from an elevated surface ✔️

By stepping backward off a small box or platform, you allow your hips to drop lower than a standard lunge, placing your glutes and hamstrings under an incredible stretch✔️
