The Kids Beginners Boxing Course at Lincoln Fight Factory is the perfect opportunity for children aged 4–13 to learn new skills, make friends and build confidence in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether your child is completely new to boxing or already has some experience, our experienced coaches help every child grow at their own pace while having FUN! 💥

This morning we held our fight team trials for the upcoming 12 months

Brilliant 2 hour session, lots of hard work but standards higher then ever as we look to revamp the current levels the fighters operate at

Contracts/terms and conditions of what we expect from the fighters moving forward have been handed out

Left the gym a very proud coach and thank you to everyone for seeing the vision of what we want to achieve

Lincoln Fight Factory is launching our Children’s Beginners Kickboxing Course for boys and girls aged 4–13 years old, starting Monday 22 June 2026.

Whether your child is completely new to kickboxing or already has some experience, this course is designed to help every child improve at their own pace in a safe, supportive and friendly environment.

Throughout the summer, children will learn:

✅ Punches & kicks
✅ Footwork & defence
✅ Fitness & coordination
✅ Discipline, focus & confidence
✅ Teamwork & respect
