🏁 FASTEST ON OUR NEW CIRCUIT!…so far 🏁

Our newest layout has been running throughout October, and for the first time in Gridline Racing’s history, drivers have been tackling the circuit in the opposite direction to the previous 20 years! 🔄🏎️

These six images show the current Top 20 fastest drivers in each category:

🏎️ Cadets aged 8 to 13 Years

👩 Female

🔥 Under 17

⚡ 17–39 Years

💪 40–59 Years

🏆 Over 60s

Every driver currently inside their category’s Top 20 is set to score valuable Drivers Championship points at the end of the month — with 20 points awarded for first place, down to one point for twentieth.

But none of these positions are safe yet! 👀

Can you set a lap time quick enough to break into your category’s Top 20 and knock one of these talented drivers out of the points?

There are only a few days remaining before October’s leaderboards are locked, the championship points are awarded and everything resets for a brand-new month.

No special event or championship registration is required — every eligible lap time set during a normal visit counts automatically.

🏁🔥 CADET SUPERPOLE – WHAT A NIGHT OF KARTING! 🔥🏁

🏎️ 11 Cadets | 20th Anniversary Circuit

Another fantastic evening of competitive karting at Gridline Racing, with 11 young drivers battling it out around our new reverse-direction circuit! 🏎️💨

⏱️ PART 1 – THE SUPERPOLE CHALLENGE!

The evening kicked off with all 11 cadets taking part in FOUR 12-minute sessions, giving each driver 48 minutes of track time to push themselves, improve their lap times and climb as high as possible on our October Cadet Leaderboard! 📈

And wow, was it close at the top! 👀

🏆 SETH PERRY TAKES THE TOP SPOT!

🥇 Seth Perry – 38.338s
🥈 Lenny Murdoch – 38.346s
🥉 Joshua Milburn – 38.427s

Our reigning 2025 Cadet Drivers Champion, Seth Perry, showed exactly why he’s the defending champion, producing a fantastic 38.338-second lap to top the evening’s standings! 🏆

But Lenny Murdoch was breathing right down his neck, finishing just 0.008 seconds behind! 🤯

That’s EIGHT THOUSANDTHS of a second separating the fastest two cadets!

Joshua Milburn wasn’t far behind either, securing third with a brilliant 38.427s, while Jensen Stead took fourth with a 38.488s.

Incredibly, the top FOUR were separated by just 0.150 seconds, with the top SEVEN all within 0.553 seconds of Seth’s winning time! 🔥

🏎️🚦 PART 2 – LIGHTS OUT, LET’S RACE!

Once Superpole had finished, six of our cadets decided they weren’t quite ready to call it a night!

It was time to swap chasing lap times for some proper wheel-to-wheel racing! 🏁

The cadets lined up on the starting grid, waited for the start lights and went head-to-head in a race around our 450-metre multi-level circuit!

A fantastic result for Joshua, who followed up his third-place Superpole performance by taking the race victory! 🏆👏

It’s fantastic seeing these young drivers developing their skills, improving their lap times and enjoying some competitive racing.

With margins this close, every thousandth of a second counts, and there’s still plenty of opportunity to climb the championship standings! 📊

🏁🔥 FINLEY JOHNSON WINS THE SUNDAY LAP TIME CHALLENGE! 🔥🏁

What a fantastic night of racing at Gridline Racing! This week’s Sunday 3for2 Lap Time Challenge was completely SOLD OUT, with 48 drivers going head-to-head around our 20th Anniversary Circuit.

🏆 FASTEST DRIVERS

🥇 Finley Johnson — 35.991s

🥈 Liam Cordall — 36.517s

🥈 Luke Smith — 36.517s

Finley produced the fastest lap of the night to claim his third Sunday Lap Time Challenge victory! He also took home a £30 Gridline e-voucher and added another win to his impressive record. 🏆

Incredibly, Liam and Luke recorded exactly the same lap time—right down to the thousandth of a second! With both drivers sharing second place, we awarded them a £20 e-voucher each. 👏

James Phillips was technically the third-fastest finisher, recording an impressive 36.706s lap.

🏎️ FASTEST FEMALE

Aimee Knight topped the female standings with a brilliant 38.839s lap, placing her 14th overall out of the sold-out field of 48 drivers!

The attached leaderboards show every participant’s fastest lap, split to the driver ahead and difference from the winning time.

What a fantastic afternoon of competitive karting at Gridline Racing as Nick and his group took to our 20th Anniversary Circuit for their very own Mini Grand Prix! 🏎️💨

With 9 drivers battling it out across three races, there was plenty of close racing, overtaking and some seriously competitive lap times!

These four leaderboards show the fastest 100 drivers around our challenging reverse-direction circuit so far. 👀

What better way to celebrate your upcoming wedding than going head-to-head with your mates in some seriously competitive karting! 🍻🏎️

We welcomed Matthew Andrews and his group to Gridline Racing for an action-packed Ultimate Showdown on our 20th Anniversary Circuit!

With 8 drivers battling it out, there was plenty of friendly rivalry, competitive racing and some serious bragging rights up for grabs! 🏆

🏆 JACK PADMORE CROWNED THE CHAMPION!

After some intense racing, Jack Padmore emerged victorious, taking the top step of the podium and claiming the first-place trophy! 🥇

🥇 1st – Jack Padmore | 38.765s

🥈 2nd – John Epton | 38.485s

🥉 3rd – Matthew Andrews | 39.025s

👏 Not a bad effort from the stag himself! Matthew managed to secure third place and take home a trophy. Not quite the top step, but at least the groom-to-be didn’t leave empty-handed! 😂🍻

Chris might have finished fifth overall, but he proved he had some serious pace, setting the fastest lap of the entire event and taking home the coveted Fastest Lap Medallion! 🚀

What better way to celebrate your birthday than with some competitive wheel-to-wheel racing at Gridline Racing! 🏎️💨

A big thank you to Tyler and his friends for joining us today for his Birthday Mini Grand Prix, with 8 drivers battling it out across three races for those all-important championship points! 🏆

🏆 CAMERON LAWSON – THE UNBEATABLE CHAMPION! 🏆

Cameron was absolutely unstoppable, winning ALL THREE RACES and scoring the maximum possible 75 points! 🔥

Not only did Cameron take home the 🥇 1st Place Trophy, he also claimed the Fastest Lap Medallion, setting a blistering lap of 38.050 seconds! ⏱️

A fantastic performance and a clean sweep of the honours! 👏
