Most coaches will only show you themselves in shape.

Well this is me out of shape

I let things slip
-
I was still weight training 4+ days per week but

I was finishing the kids tea off most nights 🐷
-
Going to bed too late 💤
-
Not tracking food and wondering why I was a food ju**ie at weekends 📈- when I track I know, when I know I’m in control!

Didn’t pay enough emphasise on daily processes because I wasn’t working to an outcome.
-
There was no direction , intention and purpose to anything I was doing an you could see that through my daily actions and lack of action!

The reason why I’m showing you this?
-
Well it’s not that I don’t know how to get and stay in shape , that unfortunately isn’t good enough.

You need a challenge that’s big enough that it scares you,

One that gives you:

✅ Purpose
✅ Direction
✅ Intent
✅ Action without relying on motivation

Having none of these tears you apart as a full bloodied male.

If I wanted to drop 2 stone and keep it off long-term, here is what I would do.
Can you remove all emotion from weekly check-ins and make good informed choices going forward and wake up the next day with the day with the same work ethic and mindset regardless of whether you’ve seen the results you want or not?
