This summer, bring the gains and the kids! We’re extending our teen gym session throughout the week, as well as Saturday mornings, so you can get fit as a family

For ages 11–15, children are able to use all cardio equipment and functional training area ☀️🏋

We've been upgraded! Have you got the the latest version of our app? You can now also buy Class Credits directly from the app!
The app is available to all members, even Pay-As-You-Go customers! Easily manage your class bookings, log gym progress, keep up-to-date with news, be the first to hear about special offers, and refer friends - all in one place!

Summer Holidays are in full-swing and we want to remind all our members that the gym is accessible to members of the public during our full opening hours until the 1st of September.

The gym is now also open until 2pm on Sundays!
