Hey guys!🩷🩶

Just under a week to go till the first class and if you’re a bit unsure what to wear / bring here’s my tips xx

I’d always say if you’re not as confident in the style then the baggier the outfit the better! If you’re in baggier clothing (like joggers and a tshirt) when you’re dancing it creates more movement so you can feel much more confident and free🩷

But as stated everyone is more than welcome to wear anything they like as long as it makes you feel FAB!🩷🩶

PROGRAMME BREAKDOWN🩷🩶

The commercial programme is something I want to be more than just a class. I really want to help people improve who’ve not had this particular training before and to do that I’ll ensure to give you:
- Lots of strengthening exercises - as this has really helped me improve as I’m able to hit movements stronger and have much more control
- Lots of 1-1 personal feedback to help you improve in the style of you need it
- Lots of energy and encouragement! So you can leave feeling absolutely FAB!🩷🩶

Why have I set up LMF Classes Commercial Programme?🩷🩶

As it says on the post I had never taken commercial classes before Wilkes and when I attended my first one I went in a ballet leotard underneath my tshirt, joggers and my hair in a ballet bun - safe to say I had no clue what I was doing or how to do any of it!😂

If I can prepare just one student for college so they don’t arrive feeling really lost and spend their three years catching up to everyone - I will be so happy!

I also since graduating haven’t really found any classes aimed at college level that I can attend and so would love to create that space in Lincoln so a £50 train ticket doesn’t have to be bought every time you want to continue training.

Cant wait to get started with this programme and hope it continues to grow and I can help at least one person feel more confident at commercial🩷🩶

VENUE REVEAL✨🩶🩷

Ah guys so excited to share with you the amazing venue I’ve found for the commercial programme! I visited many different dance studios around Lincoln and they were all either too small, a bit dark and dirty or had not great parking.

However this studio really does have it all! It is such a light and bright space with mirrors all along the back wall - something I believe is vital when training as a dancer so you can really see where and how to improve. (You can’t see in the photo but the black curtains pull back to reveal the wall of mirrors!)

It also has a huge car park! That is really easy to get in and out of and isn’t off a busy main road - something I always sometimes worry about is parking so to have a quiet and big space hopefully will put all your minds at ease!

It is also kitted out with built in speakers in the studio, has toilets indoors and is a 5 minute walk to a massive Sainsburys, M&S Food Hall, ALDI and more!

And finally it is completely tucked away from anyone looking in. I know trying soemthing out of your comfort zone can be really daunting and knowing that genuinely no one is watching should hopefully make everyone feel a lot more at ease xx

Cannot wait to get started in here and am so grateful to have found such a lovely space # # #
