George Marshall Cup Winners🏆🏆

What a day for the Peacocks! Our 1st XI marched into the George Marshall Cup and put on an absolute show, sweeping both T20 fixtures against Woodhall Spa and Spalding to bring the trophy home. That makes it TWO cups in the cabinet already this year! 🏆🏆

The lads were exceptional across the board, but a few special shoutouts are in order for:

- Alex Dickinson for his smashing spell with the ball to earn a well-deserved Player of the Match performance!

- Freddie for his fantastic in the field all day, saving valuable runs and setting a standard for the senior players in the team.

- Huge shoutout to AJ, Ben, and Freddie—all proud products of our junior setup, showing exactly what this club is all about! 🦚

The pictures represents how the team photo turned out vs. how many takes it actually took to get 11 blokes to look at the same camera at the same time... Safe to say our coordination on the pitch is a whole lot sharper than our photo skills! 📸👀

As we head into August, here’s a look at where all of our senior teams currently stand in their respective leagues. With plenty still to play for, every game counts! 🏏

Saturday 1st XI
The 1st XI sit 6th in the table, but it’s still all to play for. Just 51 points separate them from top spot, while only 26 points separate them from the relegation places. A strong finish to the season will be crucial.

Saturday 2nd XI
The 2nd XI are in an excellent position, sitting 2nd in the table and firmly in the promotion race. They’ll be looking to cement their place in the promotion spots over the final few weeks.

Saturday 3rd XI
The 3rd XI are comfortably placed in 6th and will be aiming to pick up as many points as possible to finish the season as high up the table as they can.

Sunday 1st XI
The Sunday 1st XI currently lead the Premier Division, sitting 5 points clear at the top. A big few games lie ahead as they look to secure the league title.

Sunday 2nd XI
The Sunday 2nd XI sit comfortably in 4th place. With a talented, youthful squad, they’ll be looking to continue developing, gain valuable experience, and push for places in the Sunday 1st XI.
