Ya boy is now stacked. As of 11th June, shift work is no more. I will be full time coaching & doing the good stuff that we once dreamt of

A big step in the right direction (albeit a slightly scary one tbh) & one I am pretty gassed to make

The day 1 goal was go full time as a coach. Live life on my terms & change peoples lives on a daily

Copenhagen was the first time I got properly humbled. It made me realise I was nowhere near when I wanted to be

Fast forward a year and we have frankly obliterated the previous time set by 21mins whilst nursing an injury which made me essentially not train for the 4 weeks leading into Berlin

As always, I want to set the standard. Copenhagen was far from that

Is Berlin me done? For now, yes. My goal right now is get into better shape and find my spark for training again. However, Dublin, Rome, Birmingham towards the end of the year - see you there 😎

177 weeks with “The Boss” - 💜

After a chat tonight & a hell of a lot of thinking, I have decided to go self coached for the foreseeable.

By my own admission I have become somewhat “uncoachable”. A blend of my body not playing ball recently, alongside being really uncertain on what avenue I want to go with my training.

It has not been an easy decision. “The Boss” has quite bluntly changed my life. 177 weeks ago he took me under his wing. I was living in Ldn, living a life I hated & living a life that terrified me. In fact no he hasn’t changed my life. He saved my life. Where I would be right now without him I don’t particularly want to think about. All I do know is I owe this man the F****** world.

Fast forward 177 weeks and I run my own business, have a flat with my Mrs, have achieved many a challenge within the fitness industry that the previous JT wouldn’t have even dreamt of.

BH has changed my entire outlook on life. This man has taken me from surviving to now living.

The trips away and the community that is building I do not doubt will continue to be built between us as they are a mega part of 2026. Aside from that I equally know we will stay in touch.

He isn’t my coach
He isn’t my mate
He’s family to me & someone I know will ALWAYS be there

When the next daft thing is in my mind - I’ll be back Boss 🫶

🗣️ Hyrox Berlin - The Rundown 🗣️

A great day with the lads out in 🇩🇪

Class to see a blend of & taking to the dance floor

fit - A debut solo race. Taking a 1:26 with no doubt more in the tank but a solid baseline put down. Next stop Birmingham ✅

tfp - Sub 1:10 has dropped. Onto the next milestone. We know the areas to improve & what needs doing in this off season ✅

Nich - A solo on the board. From not knowing what an interval was 8 weeks ago this was a serious shift. The time was irrelevant it was about getting out the comfort zone & laying the foundation ✅

- A lad coached through 180 who I simply helped handle whilst out there. Taking a 1:24 with again no doubt more in the tank. Game-plan executed ✅

Pre Berlin trip to the capital 💃

Best club in the world

Race week is calling 🙃

Today was the first day on the tarmac since Hyrox Cardiff almost a month ago now

It has been a seriously frustrating few weeks. However, fingers crossed we have come out of it in a good spot

This race is huge. Not just in terms of putting Copenhagen right. Also, for how the next year is going to go

The main priority coming out of this, is for my ankle to be fit and firing off the back of it
