Quick Outdoor Leg Workout.
Equipment Used:
-Medicine Ball - 10kg
-Resistance Bands - various resistance
-Steps - (you can use bench as an alternative)
Exercise:
1.Medicine Ball Step Ups - 5x25 reps
2.Medicine Ball Walking Lunges - 5x25 reps
3.Resistance Banded Squats - 5x25 reps
4.Medicine Ball Step Climbing - 5x1 minute

Day 12.I felt lighter and pain in the lower legs is almost gone. I felt fast but it was so windy I had to lean forward to just push through run. My time close to my PB. I hope there will be less wind in next few days so I can get faster time. That will be like a mental boost injection.

Day 11. I've decide to be smart of how I'm doing things. I took day off. I need to consider that my ultimate goal is to run below 5 min/km and most days in 4 weeks. I won't be able to achieve both simultaneously. So I've decided to take days of when I feel like it.

Day 10.Good run. The pains in my lower legs are now disappearing. Breathig has improved but there is a lot more to be desired.
Only with only consistent work and perseverance I'll be able to achieve this goal.

Day 9.I'm back with Run No.8 and despite all the crazy winds and cold I can tell you it felt good. My lung definitely have more capacity, legs are feeling stronger and bigger.
Pretty good speed as well still managed not go over 6 min/km. The wind was blowing either from the side or straight at me it almost felt like I'm moving twice my weight.
My goal for the next 3 run is go to/below 5:45 min/km

Day 8. That was yesterday and you can tell by the photo that I didn't run. I felt really no in place and one think I've learned through the years is to trust my body. I felt really exhausted and despite that my brain was screaming go out I trusted that my body knows.
It was a minor set back but I've got back it today
